Privacy Policy

You can use classdoodle.com without an account, and downloading a sheet does not ask who you are. This page lists what is processed when you visit, who processes it and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Contact form: if you write to us, we store the name, the email address (optional), the message, the language of the page you wrote from and your IP address. The IP address is kept for spam protection. Messages are used only to reply to you.
• Server logs: our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, page requested, time, referring page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. They are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.
• Downloading a PDF does not create a record about you on our side beyond that server log line.

Services that process data for us

• Cloudflare delivers the site and protects it from attacks, which means it processes technical data such as your IP address. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the contact form is sent by a person and not a bot.
• Google Analytics shows us which pages are visited, from which countries and for how long. It uses cookies to tell a returning browser from a new one. We look at the totals, not at individual visitors.
• Google AdSense shows the ads that pay for the site. See the next section.

The fonts are served from our own server, so loading a page does not contact a font service. YouTube and Pinterest are only linked, never embedded: nothing from them loads until you click.

Advertising

Class Doodle is free because it is paid for by ads. We use Google AdSense, which is what keeps the printables free for everyone.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and/or other sites on the Internet.
• Where the law requires it (for example in the EU, the UK and parts of Latin America), a consent banner asks you first, and you can refuse personalised ads. Refusing does not limit anything on this site.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, refuse third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info, or read how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Cookies

We set no cookies of our own. The cookies you may see come from Google Analytics, Google AdSense and Cloudflare. You can delete or block them in your browser settings, and every printable still downloads without them.

What we do not do

• No accounts, no newsletters, no marketing email.
• We do not sell your data, and we share none beyond the services listed above.

Children

The printables are made for children, but the site is meant to be used by the adults who print them. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If a child has sent us a message through the contact form, ask us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you sent through the contact form, and you can object to how it is used. Just write to us. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
